Dr Clemens Daburon

Dr. Daburon is the founder and Managing Partner of Daburon & Partners. His expertise in corporate financing and commercial contracts guides leading decision-makers throughout the Middle East to success.

He represents clients before the DIFC and ADGM Courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings before the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation & Arbitration Centre (now arbitrateAD), the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority. Furthermore, he is a registered solicitor in England and Wales.

Clemens is the officially appointed “Lawyer of Trust” of the Austrian embassy in Abu Dhabi and a member of the board of the Austrian Business Council in Dubai.

Clemens has a degree in law from Vienna University and passed the Austrian bar exam with distinction. He received a PhD in international law and is qualified to practice law in England and Wales. Additionally, he holds a degree in international commerce.
